Steve Henderson - Director
Steve has accumulated a wealth of experience with in industrial, steam and district energy projects with a strong focus on renewable technologies, this experience has been accumulated over a period of 20 years from both a fitters and designers point of view, this has allowed Steve to develop a detailed and pragmatic view of the solution implemented. This has resulted in Synergi attracting high profile clients that favour this approach. Steve has recently completed his Building Services Degree with Leeds Beckett University to further cement his commitment in being able to over the very best in engineering techniques and practices.
Alison Robinson - Financial Director
Based out of the our head office in York Alison is responsible for the day to day administrative duties that include the development, implementation and maintaining of the ISO standards and accreditation. Alison is also key in the functionality of Synergi across differing departmental functions such as HR, Marketing, Finance and Administration.
Tim Williams - Principal Engineer
Tim has amassed a wealth of experience over a career spanning 25 years within building services and district heating, culminating in the design and management of the many of the UK’s prestigious heating and cooling installations. Tim has achieved Chartered Engineer Status and is currently a member of CIBSE and BSRIA.
